Welcome to Central Registration
On behalf of the Board of Education and faculty of the Eastport-South Manor Central School District, we look forward to having your child enter school within our district.
Please know that Central Registration is responsible for the registration of each and every child entering the Eastport-South Manor Central School District. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to provide adequate documentation showing that both the parent and child are legal residents of the district and eligible to attend one of our schools.
Please see the Registration Documents Required on the sidebar to assist you in gathering the required documentation needed to register your child.
To register your student, please complete the online registration process. If you need assistance, we have provided step by step instructions.

REGISTRATION for Grades PreK-12
All registrations are completed through online registration.
Kindergarten Registration Information for the 2025-2026 School Year
Children must be five years old on or before December 1, 2025, to be eligible for kindergarten registration.
Registration will open on Monday, March 3, 2025, and can be completed through our online registration process.
Important Reminder: If your child is already enrolled in the Eastport-South Manor School District, receiving services through Preschool Special Education, or currently participating in the UPK program, you do not need to register.

Private/Parochial School Registration
Please see the Registration Forms located to the left. Once completed, you can submit them to Central Registration at registration@esmonline.org.
In order for your child/children to attend the Eastport-South Manor Central School District, you must be a resident of the School District. Section 210.45 of the Penal Law of the State of New York prohibits the making of a false written statement. Therefore, your statements contained in your registration application must be true and accurate.
If the School District determines at any time that you are not a resident of the School District, your child/children will be excluded from the School District. Further, you will be liable to the School District for payment of tuition from their date of enrollment through their date of exclusion, as well as the costs of collection.
